Texan style slow cooked brisket smoked for 12 hours over Hickory and pecan wood chips with a smoked port royal flavor
marinated in garlic and rosemary with lemon juice and olive oil - char-grilled with a Mediterranean smoke flavor
All our meats are served with a choice of one of the following
crunchy fresh coleslaw with a vingarette dressing
Corn kernels, Spanish onions, red pepper, parsley and lemon juice
Maple candied bacon with tasty cheese and Spanish onions
All our smoked meats have a choice of sauce served in your Sub
Kansas smoked Hickory BBQ sauce with kick ass flavor
Red and Green chilies and everything HOT! A sensory explosion that will leave your taste buds running wild!

we don’t only have amazing smoked meats and fresh baked rolls we also offer these beauties
slowly braised ribs cooked in honey and Kansas bbq sauce, wine and garlic with a soy and lemon flavor served on chips
Wings dusted in 8 secret herbs and spice served on chips
Eggs easy over, rasher of bacon with cheese served in our fresh baked sub roll
your choice of Meat, served on chips with your choice of 8 Smoked Inches sauces or traditional Gravy
depending on the season we also have a choice of soups available served in a large takeaway bowl with a fresh baked roll

We are all qualified baristas.. so none of that burnt milk tasting coffee. We use Piazza Doro coffee beans and are seriously passionate about the quality of our coffee.
